The Hard Way Home Trail Series
The premise is in the name. You bought the vehicle; the pavement is optional. Hard Way Home is Warner INEOS Grenadier's owner trail series — group runs through Utah's backcountry, led, supported, and open to owners at every experience level. You drive your own truck. You learn what it does. You take the long way back.
The series started outside Kanab in March 2024 with a convoy in the red rock. It has since run the San Rafael Swell out of Green River, the slickrock outside Moab, and the switchbacks of the Wasatch Back above Midway. Each run gets photographed, and every gallery is open.

Midway — The Wasatch Back
The series' first run on the Wasatch Back. Dust on the switchbacks, snow still on the peaks, and a convoy working elevation instead of sand. Mountain running asks different questions than the desert — grade, exposure, and what second gear is actually for.

Moab — Independence Day, the Long Way
The holiday run. A convoy in the red rock the day before the Fourth, trading fireworks for sandstone towers and a trail that earns the series its name. Moab is the series' home country and this run showed why.

Green River — The San Rafael Swell
Sandstone, two-track, and the Swell doing what the Swell does. The second run in the series put the convoy in bigger country with longer sight lines and trail dust that followed everyone home. Nobody washed the truck first thing. That is the correct order.

Kanab — Where the Series Started
The first one. A convoy through the red rock outside Kanab, a group of owners who mostly hadn't met yet, and a format that proved itself in a day: real trail, real support, your own truck. The run named the series and set the standard every one since has kept.

A route scouted in advance. A morning drivers' brief — airing down, spacing, radio protocol, recovery basics. A led convoy at trail pace with stops worth stopping for. Lunch somewhere with a view. Support on hand if a truck needs it, which is also how you learn what to carry in yours.
First-timers are expected, not just tolerated. If you have never aired down a tire, you will have by nine a.m.
